Jenny has been an executive coach since 2002, working with senior management, senior teams and boards. She has established a reputation as a stretching and intuitive executive coach who helps effect change at an individual and senior team level. She specialises in the areas of transformation, high growth and resilience. Jenny’s coaching style is influenced by 3 aspects: her deep care of her clients, her extensive commercial experience, and her strategic thinking capability. Her style enables individual and teams to unlock energy and potential, in order to go to an unexpectedly high level of performance.
Jenny has a special interest in two core subjects: Resilience and Partnership Working.
Jenny has published Personal and Organisational Resilience articles in many journals and is a speaker on the subject at conferences and workshops. Jenny also holds an interest in supporting and enabling more diversity in organisations, and in particular she is part of a group in Scotland, 'Scottish Changing the Chemistry', which aims to enable more women at the Board level.
She has seventeen years experience in commercial and change management roles in BP Europe and BT/O2 where her last position was as General Manager, responsible for P&L.
